CACI International Citrix Engineer in Reston, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
We’re looking for a Systems Engineer with knowledge of Citrix to provide, build, and maintain computer networks utilizing Citrix to manage connections. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support for the VDI environment and will have the opportunity to learn multiple VDI technologies.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Providing issue resolution for computer related problems, such as malfunctions and system errors
Building, testing, and maintaining servers and the VDI environment
Producing engineering solutions, automated when feasible, that may be transitioned to an O&M organization
Analyzing functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Citrix NetScaler experience
Engineering experience with VDI technologies such as Citrix, MS Hyper-V and VMware
Experience with building and maintaining Windows Servers
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with AWS is a plus
Scripting tools, such as MS PowerShell or others
Understanding of Storage Concepts
Experience with Active Directory
System Center Configuration Manager / System Center Operations Manager
Strong documentation skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
Candidate must have one of the following:
12 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
10 Years of job related experience and Associate degree
8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
- Microsoft Certifications: MCSE, MCT, MCSA
Work Hours: Core Hours 9:00 - 3:00
