CACI is recruiting for a Client Executive to assess, analyze, and develop transformational market strategies and solutions to enable significant growth in the IC market space. The client executive is a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing knowledge, insight, and relationships key to strategy development and meeting corporate growth goals.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide a strategic view of the IC customer base. Provide clear understanding of key customer and market changes that will affect CACI’s long term (3-5 years) market position and approach.
Maintain key senior relationships in the IC space that help brand CACI and maintain situational awareness of market changes.
Develop and maintain a long range opportunity pipeline that will shape and inform current year execution plans.
Represent CACI at trade shows as a panel member, key note speaker, booth activities and other events that promote the CACI brand.
Identify potential key hires that CACI should consider based upon on their experience, government relationships and where they can fill a critical customer requirement or need.
Collaborate closely with BD and Capture leaders to ensure messages communicated, information acquired and overall contact plans result in consistent key customer interactions and results.
Maintain detailed knowledge of CACI capabilities that are relevant in the IC that can be used to solve or meet customer needs.
Provide opportunity advice and counsel to the Business Development and Line as they formulate their next and future year opportunity roadmap.
Function at a more tactical level, when necessary, to support key captures and business development activity. Maintain relationships that also facilitate these tactical engagements.
Participate in key business development activities such as “Black Hats”, “Competitive Assessments”, “Mid-Course Reviews” and solution development.
For Priority Opportunities, such as CEO priorities or key A orders, be the “voice of the customer” throughout the lifecycle of the opportunity. This would include attending all milestone reviews, proposal color reviews and responding to post RFP customer questions (ENs, Discussions, etc).
Provide and maintain a strategic overview of the NSA Industry base capabilities and their customer relationships.
Provide a clear understanding of competitor footprint within the NSA and how it affects CACI’s position and approach on current and future opportunities.
Collaborate with PMs and technical leads to understand state of current programs in the IC market space, to ensure that we are providing ‘operational excellence’ and are meeting/exceeding customer needs on current programs.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
15+ years’ experience developing strategy, implementing solutions, and managing programs in support of Federal Government organizations with significant IC missions.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Experience in assessment of government markets and creation of pipeline opportunities
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
