CACI International Cloud Support Specialist in Reston, Virginia
Seeking a mid to senior level Systems Integrator who will provide advanced business support and entry-level technical support to a customer Program Management Office at on-site Government facility in the Herndon/Reston area. Position is a regular Monday – Friday day shift with core hours 9am to 3pm.Position is part of a small integration team within the PMO, but will also provide PMO at-large support.
The position requires that the selected candidate be able produce clear communications to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences, track and respond to action items, and support/participate in various integration activities and projects of varying urgency, size and complexity. Technical support will include helping to integrate the cloud vendor infrastructure hosting environment with other enterprise management systems, and providing account provisioning support. The environment will consist of Amazon Web Services (AWS) supporting various Linux and Windows virtual machines images. Candidate may also need to assist with analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and/or scheduling limitations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and attend customer meetings as required
Prepare and maintain organization and communication charts
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant customer and business information to the customer and project teams, including collecting data and drafting talking points and preparing briefs
Ensure customer needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems
Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address
Apply business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies and principles and business process modernization projects.
Perform strategic systems planning, business information planning, business and analysis
Other duties as assigned
You will bring:
Experience working in customer space and general IT required
An eye for detail and excellent grammar/communication skills
Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project
Ability to multitask; can conform to shifting priorities, demands & timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to react to project adjustments promptly and efficiently
Knowledgeable of AWS and customer enterprise management services
Previous experience as a technical admin, or strong admin with desire to perform and learn technical skills
You will have one of the following:
7 Years of job related experience and Associate degree
5 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
3 Year of job related experience and Master’s degree
9:30am to 2:30pm
