CACI International Director of Capture Management (Enterprise IT) in Reston, Virginia
CACI is hunting for a Director of Capture Management to lead major capture efforts (especially those greater than $100M) to successful completion. As a member of the Corporate Strategic Capture team, you will partner cross-functionally within CACI in pursuit of Enterprise IT opportunities across a broad spectrum of customers. You will be based in Reston, VA and may travel occasionally to other CACI offices or customer sites.
What You’ll Get to Do:
As a visible strategic leader in the organization, you will lead Capture efforts from strategy through execution
Capture new business efforts with potential revenues of over $100M. In doing so, you will direct the development of capture strategies, marketing philosophies and allocation of resources.
Orchestrate win strategy development including acquisition, technical/management, teaming, past performance, staffing, pricing, etc.
Develop the overall internal and external partnerships, business plans and marketing
Design, maintain and execute formal capture plans and monitor competitor activity
Gather intelligence on the needs of your customer and capabilities of your competitors.
Leverage customer relationships and personal experience to identify and assess potential opportunities for CACI that will result in measurable revenue growth
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree; preferably in Engineering/Science or equivalent
Active Security Clearance at the Secret or TS level
15+ years of experience in successfully leading captures in the Enterprise IT markets
This Qualification Would Be Nice to Have:
- Active TS/SCI with poly (FS or CI)
You Also Have These Professional Skills:
Leadership skills to develop, organize and execute significant capture activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions
A proven track record of successful capture management across multiple DoD or FedCiv organizations at a variety of acquisition sizes and types
Experience Capturing deals requiring development of a solution and or an approach
Strong proposal writing skills
Experience and understanding of pricing and pricing strategies across multiple contract types
Experience managing and incorporating BOE into the capture process
Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish collaborative relationships with Solution architects, Line management, and peers within the Strategic Capture Group and across CACI
Excellent oral and written communications and experience briefing senior executives and customers
Knowledge of and strong contacts within the Enterprise IT solution and services community to facilitate the development of strategic teaming relationships
