More About the Role:
Responsible for overseeing and supporting the investments and capture solutions development function for the BITS sector CTO team. This includes the design and development of the solutions and services for the sectors programs. Plays a key role in maturing the strategic technology partnerships, and management of the sector workforce development initiatives. Supports the development and execution of the sector technology strategy. Provides overall direction to a team of 15 direct reports. Other duties may include planning, directing, and controlling all activities of team.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Must be a U.S. Citizen, with at least a DOD Secret clearance.
Advanced knowledge and experience with capture process, including solution development
Understanding of all elements of the solution engineering life cycle, including planning, design, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management
Experience and working knowledge around IT and Software Development technologies, tools, solutions and leading vendors.
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter
12+ years' experience in Enterprise IT and/or Digital Solutions markets in DoD or commercial environment.
Previously demonstrated skills in a leadership/management position in a defense/federal contracting business unit and must have previously demonstrated excellent verbal and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Masters degree (B.S.; M.S., PhD.) in Computer Science or Engineering
Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred
In depth knowledge and experience with Agile development and Agile process architecture
Demonstrated ability to brief and cultivate relationships within all levels of our customers' organization, to include their senior executives, as well as CACI executives.
Previous experience as an Enterprise-level architect
Currency with the latest technology trends and their application to customer missions
