What You’ll Get to Do :

As a CACI-Wexford Geospatial Developer, you will be a member of a geospatial team consisting of geospatial analysts, geospatial data scientists and geospatial data managers that produce geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) products and convert geospatial data into web-based dashboards and visualizations to support our CWMD efforts globally. This position develops web-based data visualizations to support analysis and solution identification. This may include creating static data visuals such as graphs, charts, presentations, as well as cloud-based interactive data visualizations. This position serves as geospatial subject-matter expert and technical authority with a focus on current/near-term events, plans, developments and trends pertaining to GEOINT, the proliferation of WMD and nuclear/radiological events; issues impacting weapons security; force protection; and force operability and survivability against a broad spectrum of nuclear, biological, chemical and other WMD events. As a GEOINT subject matter expert, conducts applied research on specific intelligence issues pertaining to emerging and WMD threats to US and allied nations; provides written input to reports and briefings; assists with answering requests for information (RFI); assists in research and analytical data entries related to emerging and WMD; all for dissemination to Agency leadership and its personnel, Combatant Commands and the Intelligence Community (IC).

More About the Role:

As required, you will interact directly with the client, the Improvised-Threat Community of Interest (CoI), WMD CoI, Emerging Threat CoI, intelligence partners across the IC, and the deployed intelligence consumer during the development of intelligence products to meet intelligence requests for information. As required, you will planning, developing, and delivering tailored intelligence capabilities and tools training to supported intelligence consumers and partners. You will assist in providing quality assurance and quality control over developed products to ensure they meet client standards and follow Director of National Intelligence (DNI) standards. You will develop front-end web-based geospatial applications as well as back-end processing and automation tools and applications.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

  • One to three years of GEOINT (IMINT, FMV, SAR, etc.) support to members of the IC.

  • A strong knowledge base of ESRI software, to include ArcGIS Portal and associated applications (Experience Builder, Dashboards, Sites, etc.).

  • Must be proficient with geodatabase architecture and database management, to include knowledge of query languages (SQL).

  • Must have a moderate understanding of Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) software (FME Workbench),

  • Experience in web-based geospatial mapping.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience designing, building, and delivering web applications.

  • Expert understanding of GEOINT analytic tools such as Arc-Pro, ENVI, and SOCET.

  • Good communication skills including the ability to translate technical information into plain language.

  • Required Experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of experience in the labor category for a total of 12 years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • More than five years of experience providing direct GEOINT support to network analysis in support of attack the network operations - including counter-facilitation.

  • Master’s degree in GEOINT related field (geospatial engineering, cartography).

  • An understanding of ArcGIS API for Python and ArcGIS API for JavaScript.

  • More than 15 years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of Geospatial military intelligence.

  • An understanding of Python and ModelBuilder, to automate repeatable workflows.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
