What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) HUMINT All-Source Analyst, you will conduct HUMINT analysis and exploitation with a focus on collection management for the Joint Improvised - Threat Defeat Organization and globally deployed units. A primary focus is on HUMINT related improvised threat information to support multi-team, fused analytic production. You will provide embedded and reach back support to Improvised Threat and C-IED efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units and partners. As required, you will interact directly with the deployed intelligence consumer during the development of intelligence products to meet unit and subordinate element intelligence requests for information.
More About the Role:
This role is a HUMINT All-Source Analyst with many years of experience working independently in multiple segments of the HUMINT field, specifically in detainee operations and collection management. The analyst in this position is expected to have deep knowledge of intelligence information reports, source directed requirements, and evaluations. Experience with national-level tactical operations units and targeting processes is a plus
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the CENTCOM AOR.
You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Prior non-commissioned officer service or above as a DoD Analyst or HUMINT Collector
Background and experience in strategic and tactical Collection and Requirements Management/ Military Intelligence
Preferred experience in Military Intelligence Battalion or higher element
Capable of working with and leading diverse groups of analysts (military, civilians, contractors, and academics)
Capable of identifying and integrating innovative approaches to analytical problems
Familiarity with various analytical tools (HOT-R, CHROME, CREATE, Analyst Notebook, CIDNE, Google Earth, ArcGIS, TAC, M3 and OFF) and approaches to network analysis (link nodal analysis, social network analysis), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Deliver operationally vetted information and support products to supported units
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate's degree and five years of experience, or seven years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
More than three years of experience as a DoD Analyst or HUMINT Collector.
More than ten years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.
Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
Expert understanding of analytic tools such as HOT-R, CHROME, CIDNE,
Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.
Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
