What You’ll Get to Do
The Industrial (Personnel and Physical) Security Lead is responsible for applying security principles, practices, and procedures to maintain compliance with mission-sponsor personnel and physical security regulations and policies
More About the Role
Functions include coordinating with designated sponsor security POCs, coordinating investigations of complex security issues, developing recommended courses of action to address security related issues, developing and submitting required documentation need to operate and maintain access to classified and controlled information by the contractor and sub-contractors, and implementing all required security policies specified in the contract . The Systems Security Lead is responsible for applying security principles, practices, and procedures under the RMF to maintain compliance with applicable security regulations, such as CNSSI, NIST, and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), governing the management of classified information systems..
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
A minimum of an ODNI ISSA/TS with Polygraph security clearance.
A minimum of ten years of experience working with personnel, physical and security principles, concepts, regulations, and practices sufficient to ensure compliance with contract/TO security requirements.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience working with ODNI’s security regulations, policies, and procedures in order to address and resolve security issues, violations, and questions related to applicable clauses.
Experience developing and managing security programs, assessing customer requirements, identifying dependencies, and managing and mitigating risks.
Experience conducting security program assessments, identifying needs and requirements, and developing process improvement recommendations for contract/TO security programs.
