CACI is looking for a range of Junior to Senior-level Contract Specialists with 1 to 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team supporting efforts across the Northern Virginia area. What You May Get to Do:

  • Review existing and proposed contracts for accuracy and clarity.

  • Complete complex tasks related to the creation and execution of the contracts.

  • Interact with vendors to obtain required information in the correct form.

  • Compile contract information for management review.

  • Plan and organize contract-related meetings, and ensure all parties have the relevant information.

  • Become aware of contracts guidelines.

  • Will not implement determinations for management.

  • Responsible for ad hoc or other tasks relevant to the role.

  • Prepare contract documents (i.e., contract mods); collect, manage, and enter data; monitor and track various contractual activities; manage contract records.

  • Assist with creating and packaging contract modifications for leadership action and signature.

  • Create and manage reports for status and action tracking.

  • Assist with procurement documents, audits, pulling reports, finalizing documents and/or correspondence and other ad hoc duties.

  • Assist with pre-and post-award activities.

You’ll Bring these Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • One to three years of contracts experience depending on the role.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing work requirements and priorities.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of contractual policies and procedures.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and various database tools and applications.

Education:

Depending on the role -

  • High School Diploma of GED required. Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Business Administration, Accounting, Contract Administration or a closely related field of study.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Contract Administration and/or a closely related field of study related field of study or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) if the degree is not in a related field.

  • If the above criteria is not met, a minimum of five years of professional Government contracting experience, or equivalent work experience in a closely related field, and a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) Certificate.

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$52,300-$107,200
