CACI is searching for a high-energy, organized Knowledge Management Content Specialist to join our Business Development/Proposal Development team in Reston, VA. If you are detailed and have tremendous talent to organize large amounts of data for analysis and use in consultation with numerous stakeholders, then we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • As a BD KM Content Specialist, you will assist with maintaining processes for sharing knowledge and ensuring end-users have access across the enterprise to critical knowledge needed for mission success.

  • Support implementation of best practices and maintenance of BD KM initiatives that drive knowledge creation and capture, foster sharing and collaboration, and encourage frequent use and application.

  • Support content management processes including developing, harvesting, reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining BD, capture, and proposal SharePoint portal information accessible by the end-users.

  • Help determine efficient and effective content management processes and workflows taking into account culture and process changes that may be needed or ongoing.

  • Assist with promoting and training end-users on SharePoint portal, enhancing organizational learning and growth, and improving the end-user experience and productivity.

  • Perform technical, systematic, or historical research to assist BD, capture, and proposal operations staff.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism or related field

  • 2+ years of experienced in Bid/Proposal development process for strategic pursuits (>$75 million)

  • Experience in researching/writing/designing/editing for proposals, newspapers, magazines, websites, or social media
