CACI International ORSA - Training and Readiness Integrator in Reston, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
The ORSA Integrator enables traceability of JIDO Readiness through the Joint Training Information Management Systems (JTIMS) to improve readiness. The Integrator will be familiar with CCMD plans, and he/she will identify and liaise with JIDO Integrators and J5 to close Counter Improvised Threat gaps in those plans. The ORSA Integrator will develop and maintain a training tracker tool for the supported work force, prepare, analyze and submit observations, reports and other required deliverables after training events and – on behalf of JDIRs and Deputies – prepare inputs to Quarterly Training Review Board (QTRB).
More About the Role:
You will accomplish objectives set forth by the JIDO Chief of Readiness (J7). You will be expected to liaise directly and effectively with the most senior leaders at JIDO. Your expertise and familiarity with the JTS, JTIMS, the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS), the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP), JIDO METL, CCMD Plans and Counter Improvised Threat Operations team are critical to your success.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must possess a current TOP SECRET clearance and be SCI eligible.
Experience training a labor force (GOV/MIL/CIV)
Experience collecting and analyzing data and trends
Comprehensive understanding of Chairman’s JTS
Experience using JTIMS, JLLIS and DRRS
Understand six phases of JELC (Design, Plan, Prepare, Execute/Eval, Analyze and Assess)
Understand JIDO/DTRA Mission and role of Combat Support Agencies
Understand CSA/CCMD relationship
Understand training requirements of JIDO
Experience in joint and combined operations
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Deployment experience within the CENTCOM theater.
