CACI International Program Control Analyst in Reston, Virginia
CACI is seeking a Program Control Analyst who will be providing project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit in Reston, Virginia.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide support to Program Managers in the preparation and analysis of project financial data and other contract, project or business related tasks.
Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration.
Maintain contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
May oversee facility administration and purchases of equipment and supplies as related to contract requirements.
Compile with financial controls, procedures, system requirements, and forecasting techniques, as directed, to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
Monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.
Perform financial/administrative reporting for contracts and/or programs.
Prepare financial/administrative reports and distributes to customers/user organizations.
Conduct financial analysis (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.).
Manage all Subcontractors to include funding & invoice approval.
You’ll Bring these Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in finance or a related field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project related finance using financial management software (SAP, ORACLE ERP, Peachtree/Sage 50 Accounting, etc.).
Must be well experienced with Microsoft Excel.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience managing project financials for US Government DoD programs.
Familiarity with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARs (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement).
Familiarity with DoD FMR (Financial Management Regulation).
