What You’ll Get to Do:As the Program Manager, you will keep both Customer and CACI management abreast of issues, risks and accomplishments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Contractor personnel work collaboratively and professionally with the Customer and personnel from other contracts. You will participate in team development and O&M processes.More About the Role:
Responsible for leading large projects or leading significant segments within larger complex projects within the program.
Responsible for leading the project teams, coordinating across the overall program, sprint planning, scope, risk and schedule management and troubleshooting.
Involves analyzing new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
Must have demonstrated experience performing a full range of program and project management activities, including oral and written communications and formal programmatic documentation.
Must have experience gathering customer requirements and holding technical exchange meetings.
Must have the ability to disseminate and track meeting notes with action items including assignment and due dates.
Have experience providing status reporting on all activities and conduct clear and concise stakeholder briefings
Responsible for managing personnel staffed on the contract
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have a TS/SCI w/ poly
BA/BS and 15+ years of related experience
Prior experience managing large and complex programs
Prior experience managing large numbers of personnel, in excess of 50+ people
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience serving as a primary point of contact to a government client is desired
Previous experience as a PM within the IC is desired
PMP Certification is desired
