What You’ll Get to Do:

This position requires strong business and customer service acumen, communications skills, and technology experience. Manage the operations of contractor and government personnel hosted in a contractor facility while developing strong customer relationships and providing technology services.

More About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Provides formal support to resident personnel and oversight of small team of employees and contractors.

  • Develop and report programmatic costs and provide monthly reporting

  • Manage variable and fluctuating costs across multiple Primes and Vendors

  • Manage Residency agreements and contracts

  • Manage coordination between security, contractors, government personnel, and services

  • Engage in stakeholder cooperation for facility accreditation; manage access control

  • Provide excellent Customer Relations and drive business growth of the facility and services

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a focus on business, technical or management areas preferred and 10 plus years of related experience and/or training. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles and experience providing reports in a technical environment.

  • Experience analyzing, and interpreting complex documents and providing solutions to complex situations. Requires analytical, quantitative and technical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience providing efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers and the ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.

  • Active TS SCI with Poly Required
