What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is currently looking for an experienced Requirements Specialist to join our team that will innovate the future of the Intelligence Community’s (IC) enterprise Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) services and solutions. The FORT INDEPENDENCE program is the IC’s Information Technology Enterprise (IC-ITE) Service of Common Concern, as well as the Sponsor’s Enterprise Access Control provider. The FORT INDEPENDENCE contract team will provide leadership in architecture, engineering, and delivery of ICAM services for the Sponsor, and for other IC partners.
As a Requirements Specialist on FORT INDEPENDENCE, you will work with customers at the Sponsor Agency and across the Intelligence Community to solidify ICAM requirements. You will then work with other parts of Team CACI, to include architects, software developers, system engineers, and data engineers, to deliver capabilities to the Sponsor’s and IC’s production environments.
More About the Role:
The Requirements Specialists will work with Government costumers from across the IC (program managers, research scientists, analysts, engineers, etc.), programmers, and systems administrators to validate requirements to be developed by the ICAM team.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Demonstrated on-the-job experience performing requirements development activities, including experience in working in Amazon Web Services (AWS - EC2, S3, EMR, etc). Demonstrated on-the-job experience working in a multi-developer environment and using Gitlab, Github, or similar version management tools for Agile software development. Demonstrated on-the-job experience working with both the Linux and Windows (desktop and server) operating systems.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Demonstrated on-the-job experience building containers and deploying applications using Docker. Demonstrated on-the-job experience deploying and maintaining/upgrading a Spark cluster. Demonstrated on-the-job experience developing Spark applications in Scala. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with automated deployment and integration testing tools including Jenkins, Maven, Selenium, Puppet, and SoapUI. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with big data ecosystem components including Hadoop, Spark, Spark JobServer, Hive, Cassandra, YARN, and Kafka. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with machine learning, in particular for natural language processing (NLP) and/or geospatial big data applications.
