What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is looking for an SAP BASIS System Administrator to support a SAP ERP government program in Reston, VA.
More About the Role:
Online Service System
All Service Market Place tasks
Evaluate and apply SAP updates and patches, as required
Perform Client copies and System refreshes
Monitoring and maintain applications for Optimum performance including system checks
Provide primary on-call (rotation) support
Configure and support database and application backups
Technical documentation - including document procedures and system changes
SAP Basis Administration knowledge of SAP ABAP and SAP JAVA stacks
SAP HANA knowledge/experience is a plus
Installing SAP application software
Applying support package stacks
System and Application performance tuning
Performing SAP system copies
Performing system backups and restores
Planning for Disaster Recovery Scenarios
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain NACI Clearance
Minimum of 2+ years of related experience
UNIX or Windows or Database or SAP Basis Administration experience
Willingness and drive to learn new technologies/applications
Technical Documentation skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Internet and Web server technology
Basic knowledge of HTML programming
LAN/WAN and security
Researches and implements solutions for Basis functionality in the areas of performance, monitoring, and tuning and systems configuration, design and implementation.
Validates that ERP system improvements are successful and monitored to increase efficiency.
Assist with daily Monitoring of systems Assist with Transports to Tertiary systems Work with team on decommissioning activities as needed
Create Documentation as required on day to activities.
