What You'll Get to Do:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst, who under minimal direction performs as a fully experienced Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, your primary responsibility will be to assist the customer manage the Application Lifecycle utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will also, be responsible for managing one or more activities and tasks within a project and/or program, while working closely with the branch chiefs and cross divisions to define and document future requirements.
You Will Bring These Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers
Possess strong written communication skills to produce project guidelines
Ability to evaluate project progress and evaluate information to ensure that the project is progressing, as expected
Possess research skills to ensure there is a complete picture of the customer’s needs
5-8 Years of demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Must possess experience with an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool (e.g., JIRA is preferred), or any other similar tool
Must understand Scrum and how to implement within a newly started project
Must possess experience with facilitating the standard Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master
5-8 Years of demonstrated experience with requirements analysis
Must be able to translate and decompose complex technical and/or functional requirements into user stories
5-8 Years of demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong working relationships with users, stakeholders, and development teams
5-8 Years of demonstrated ability to multi-task, as this team serves multiple projects, as well as demonstrated ability to juggle priorities with ease
Education and Experience Required:
Candidate must have one of the following:
10 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
8 Years of job related experience and Associate’s degree
4-7 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
3 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
2 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
This Experience Would Be Nice to Have:
- Demonstrated experience with performing investigations on financial data, as well as demonstrated experience on how to document for others who are not financial experts to understand
Core hours: 9:30am to 2:30pm
