What You’ll Get to Do

The CACI Senior Capture and Recompete Manager will reside in the CACI BD Operations organization and will act as a shared resource across CACI Sectors, supporting the company’s growth and development efforts to position CACI as a preferred customer partner and to ensure CACI is advantageously aligned to pursue and win new and recompete work.

More About the Role

Lead and support business development, capture and proposal efforts with a focus on securing CACI recompete wins including:

  • Develop recompete strategy and shaping approaches/plans and work with executive leadership, operational teams, and business development groups to implement including team and management presentations of best practices

  • Drive Mid-Course Review initiatives across CACI programs to ensure teams understand and embrace the benefits of early shaping of opportunities.

  • Create comprehensive, integrated strategies in support of shaping efforts spanning standard non-technical and technical activities, concepts & approaches; and mentoring teams on improving Pwin on recompetes through early strategic decision making.

  • Provide customer and competition guidance, mentoring, and direction to growth and development teams across the organization.

Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive lessons-learned program, including contributions to an integrated concept of operations, orchestration of the lessons learned mission, promotion of lessons learned findings, and contribution to improvements when appropriate across BD, capture, and line organizations and across the enterprise portfolio of opportunities including:

  • Update CACI systems with best-in-class contract recompete and lessons-learned artifacts (templates and examples) and maintain a regular line of communications with the CACI Program Excellence, Capture Excellence and Knowledge Management teams.

  • Mentor capture teams on improving Pwin through direct customer and industry engagement and provide guidance, coaching, and direction to growth and development teams across the organization

  • Provide a “customers perspective” in identifying and implementing bestpractice customer engagement approaches for use by CACI growth assets across the CACI portfolio of recompete and new business opportunities.

General:

  • Establish strong internal and external relationships focused on accomplishing strategic business objectives, driving profitable organic growth, and achieving increased shareholder value.

  • Promote and ensure ethical business practices and a customer-orientedphilosophy.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and 15+ years of implementing and shaping contract strategies with customers.

  • Experience with and operational understanding of Federal contracts.

  • 15+ years of large, complex program management experience that spans non-technical and technical aspects of Federal contracts/programs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly as it applies to proposals, client presentations and program management.

  • Experience in preparing comprehensive and effective written documents that align with customer requirements and CACI’s growth strategies.

  • Experience with various clearance levels (e.g. Public Trust, Secret, Top Secret) and the processes for supporting customers and operating in those respected environments.

  • Experience with program, project, and contract strategy processes, tools, and protocols.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Established government clearance ticket and experience in working classified programs.

  • Experience in leading transformational and training activities to advance business development excellence (BD, capture, and proposal)

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500-$210,100
