CACI is looking for a Strategic Capture Manager with a winning track record to play a critical leadership role supporting our Operations Support and Services (OSS) division at CACI. OSS mission is to provide a trained and ready workforce to support National and Homeland Security Organizations protecting the Nation and Nation's Interests against conventional and asymmetric threats. Under your capture leadership, you will partner across the enterprise with our Sector President, Operations Group Leaders, Business Development Managers, Proposal teams, Senior Solution Architects, Pricing Strategists, Client Executives, and many other CACI Business Support organizations to position and win new business. What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Plan, organize, and successfully execute captures for DOD, intelligence agencies and related customers

  • Lead major capture efforts (those greater than $100M) to successful completion.

  • Lead overall capture strategy development in collaboration with Operations Group Leaders, Solution Architects, solution developers and SMEs to develop solutions that offer customers recognized value, are differentiated and offer a true value to our customers

  • Lead the development of customer engagement strategies to define and shape opportunities

  • Execute competitive assessments, Black Hat and Price -to-Win to determine the strengths and weaknesses of CACI and potential competitors.

  • Engage Sector President and senior leadership through Milestone Reviews to captures and other reviews as required once opportunity has been assigned.

  • Develop B&P spend plans and track all associated expenses with the capture effort.

  • Present at the monthly New Business Review.

  • Manage capture personnel, coordinate with responsible lines/accounts, align resources required for the pursuit of opportunities, develop, and improve upon processes, manage B&P budgets, report metrics/manage risk and effectively lead growth within the business.

  • Based in VA, you may travel occasionally to engage clients and other CACI organizations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, one of the Sciences or related field.

  • 10+ years of Strategic Capture experience (deals over $75M) successfully leading the capture of Intelligence Systems, Solutions and Services.

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

  • Experience working single award strategic captures over $100M in value.

  • Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish collaborative relationships with Solution Architects, Line management, and peers within the Strategic Capture Group and across CACI.

  • Capture acumen which is aggressive, organized, knowledgeable in government contracting, a highly skilled professional with excellent leaderships and presentation skills .

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • ​Proven experience winning work Intelligence Community customers and DoD .

  • Experience bidding and Winning FEDSIM.

  • ​Prior Government Service experience within the IC Services markets

  • Previous P&L experience

  • A proven track record of successful capture management across DoD/ Intelligence Community organizations at a variety of acquisition sizes and types.

  • Financial Acumen including management of B&P and strong proposal writing skills.

  • Experience managing and incorporating pricing strategies / BOE into the capture process.

  • Excellent oral and written communications and experience briefing senior executives and customers.
