What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is looking for a highly motivated Senior Cloud Solution Architect to play a key role in the development and success of our enterprise Cloud market. This role will be responsible for the technical and business architecture, design/engineer, integration and deployment of enterprise Cloud solutions including Public, Community, Private and Hybrid. A key requirement is customer facing experience to support technical and business architecture discussions with senior executives from across multiple functions including infrastructure, applications, data management, network, security, enterprise architecture, operations, finance and contracts. In this role you will collaborate with teams to ensure:

1) Customer requirements are understood and reflected in proposed solutions

2) Cross-team collaboration and partnering with relevant industry stakeholders

3) Analysis and plan development for application and data migration requirements

4) Support for future capabilities, proof of concepts, and leading-edge technology development to solve complex customer problems

5) Collaboration with teams to develop and price Cloud services in a Managed Services business model

6) Produce high quality written documents, provide briefings and address public speaking opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Cloud market and architectural thought leadership.

  • Articulate capabilities and offerings from leading Commercial Cloud Service Providers.

  • Align relevant software and hardware products and tools to the Enterprise Hybrid Cloud requirements, to include hardware, software, database, operating systems, and networks.

  • Conceptualize, develop, communicate and propose Cloud solutions that will drive our success.

  • Collaborate with clients and teams in both a long-lead and tactical capacity to help solve critical needs and challenges.

  • Define customer requirements for solutions including services, products, processes, technologies and capabilities.

  • In partnership with others, define total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements, develop system element architecture and design and interface definitions, define system implementation approaches and operational concepts.

  • Develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development and provide technical direction related to the implementation of system architecture by other staff.

  • Lead detailed solution sessions with both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.

  • Design information technology (IT) system architecture for integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise.

  • Determine systems specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and maintenance of system security.

  • Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies.

  • Develop and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards.

  • Maintain knowledge of changes in technologies.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline

  • 12+ years of solution development experience

  • Hands on experience leading the design, development and deployment of applications on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and/or virtualized platforms

  • Hands on experience with integration of Cloud services with Microsoft, AWS, Google, etc.

  • Hands on experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements

  • Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups, including technical, development, acquisition, contracts, program management.

  • Ability to think strategically about business, operations and technical challenges

  • Knowledge and understanding of FedRAMP, system security, authority to operate workflows

  • Knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps

  • Knowledge and understanding of Cloud offerings from AWS and Microsoft

  • Diverse background with designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of IT service delivery IAW the ITILv3 framework and SDLC methodologies

  • Experience developing operations support staffing models and labor hours estimates

  • DHS EOD (suitability), or ability to obtain

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written

  • AWS Certified Solution Architect, and/or Azure Solution Architect Certification

  • Ability to obtain a Minimum Secret security clearance
