CACI is searching for an accomplished, dynamic Solutions Architect to join our team in Reston, VA.

More About the Role:

As a Solution Architect in the Operations Support and Services (OSS) Sector, you will:

  • work in a highly collaborative team-based environment, conceptualizing, developing, communicating and proposing solutions that drive our growth and lead directly to top and bottom line results.

  • positively impact and protect the Nation and Nation’s Interests against conventional and asymmetric threats

  • partner with clients in both a long-lead and tactical capacity to help solve their critical needs and mission challenges.

  • help to define client requirements for solutions including services, technologies, tradecraft and capabilities.

  • create solutions that enable organizations to systematically collect, evaluate, analyze, manage, and report data/information to meet mission outcomes

  • recommend technology insertion to support operations that deliver collection management, special operations, asset management, targeting, personnel security, insider threat, debriefings, sensor placement, training capabilities

  • drive the overall solution and engage peers, stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the process

  • remain informed about Industry Trends, COTS products and innovations, that deliver process improvement and efficiencies, candidate areas for automation, and other innovative approaches to meet current and evolving mission needs.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years of solution development or related experience

  • Working knowledge of Shipley process, whitepaper and proposal development

  • Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups.

  • Proficient in Oral Presentation and Written Communications skills.

  • Effectively brief internal and external stakeholders at both executive and technical implementation levels

  • Attention to detail and effective problem solving and facilitation skills.

  • Must be a US Citizen and be eligible for a Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph (active TS/SCI clearance preferred)
