CACI is looking for a Technology and Solutions experienced Strategic Capture Manager with a winning track record to play a critical leadership role supporting our National Security and Innovation Solutions (NSIS) Sector. NSIS delivers enterprise and technology-based technology, products and solutions supporting space communications, radio frequency (RF) and free-space optical communications, spectrum management, electronic warfare and cyberspace operations to protect our Nation against conventional and asymmetric threats.

Under your capture leadership, you will partner across the enterprise with our Sector President, Operations Group Leaders, Business Development and Solution teams in long term positioning and shaping, capturing and winning new business. What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Identify, assess and lead long term campaigns to position and establish CACI capabilities into one of the following emerging market areas:

  • Unmanned systems payload development and capability enhancements

  • Military and commercial satellite communication penetration

  • CMOSS, (C5ISR Modular Open Suite of Standards) capability development and architecture deployments to drive changes in how hardware and software interact to drive component commonality / sharing across multiple platforms with reduced SWaP (System Size, Weight, and Power).

  • Lead overall capture campaign strategy development in collaboration with Operations Group Leaders, Solution Architects and SMEs to develop opportunities for CACI to deliver solutions that offer customers recognized value, are differentiated, and increase CACI market share.

  • Lead the development of customer engagement strategies to define, develop and shape opportunities that CACI can compete on and win.

  • Lead technology and capability focused portfolio capture campaigns (those greater than $100M) to successful completion.

  • Execute and/or employ capture activities, including but not limited to competitive assessments, Black Hats and Price-to-Win to determine the strengths and vulnerabilities of CACI and potential competitors.

  • Engage Sector senior leadership through Capture Process Reviews to captures, as required, once opportunity has been identified, qualified and assigned.

  • Develop investment spend plans and track all associated expenses with the capture effort.

  • Present at Sector Business Reviews.

  • Manage capture personnel, coordinate with responsible lines/accounts, align resources required for the pursuit of opportunities, develop, and improve upon processes, manage budgets, report metrics/manage risk and effectively lead growth within the business.

  • Based in NJ, CO, FL, MD, or VA. travel occasionally to engage domestic and international clients and other CACI organizations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, one of the Sciences, or related field.

  • Must have an Active TS Clearance. (SCI eligibility is preferred.)

  • 10+ years of Business Development and Capture experience successfully leading the capture of the referenced domains with capabilities including Lifecycle Systems Engineering, Design, Acquisition, and Sustainment; Science and Technology Development Support; Mission system development , Integration and Sustainment, and Agile Development of Mission Systems.

  • Awareness of Space, Cyber, Unmanned emerging mission system technologies.

  • Experience developing and working single award strategic captures over $100M in value.

  • Proven experience winning work with Intelligence Community and Dod customers.

  • Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish collaborative relationships with Business Development Solution Architects, Line management, and peers within the Strategic Capture Group and across CACI.

  • Capture and Business acumen, which is aggressive, organized, knowledgeable in government contracting, a highly skilled professional with excellent leaderships and presentation skills.

You Also Bring These Professional Skills:

  • Leadership skills to develop, organize and execute significant capture activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions.

  • A proven track record of successful capture management across DoD/ Intelligence Community organizations at a variety of acquisition sizes and types.

  • Financial Acumen including management of B&P and strong proposal writing skills.

  • Experience managing and incorporating pricing strategies / BOE into the captures.

  • Excellent oral and written communications and experience briefing senior executives and customers.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Master’s Degree focused on core NSIS mission or one of the Sciences or related field

  • Prior Government Service experience with Engineering Support and Solutions markets.

  • Direct market knowledge and previous P&L experience.

  • Experience with alternative acquisition strategies (Joint Emergent Operational Needs (JEON), Rapid Acquisition Proceses (RAP), Urgent Capability Acquisition, OTA) and Experience pursuing and winning FEDSIM deals.

  • An Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
