What You’ll Get to Do:

Utilizes linguistic capabilities to support NMEC initiatives.

More About the Role:

  • Performs the examination of digital media devices and data, electronic files, and documents for content using the NMEC Exploitation System

  • Identifies files and documents of intelligence value in accordance with customer s requirements and standard operating procedures, and provides files for screening by linguists

  • Produces serialized reports of findings and disseminates to appropriate recipient

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in an applicable field of study (Intelligence, Language, Math, Science, Engineering, Business)

  • Direct hands-on linguist experience at NMEC, and familiarity with NMEC workflow processes, tools and databases

  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience working as a linguist on an IC contract with similar score or mission, or relevant military experience

  • Native English speakers with level 2 scores for reading and listening on the Interagency Linguist Roundtable (ILR) test in one of the NMEC Primary languages; or Native speakers of one or more foreign languages with level 3+ ILR scores in reading and listening in the foreign language(s) and English.

  • An undergraduate degree or higher at an accredited U. S. college or university is sufficient proof of English skills.

  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and handle changing requirements in a dynamic environment

  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite
