CACI International Web Designer/Application Support Specialist in Reston, Virginia

Job Description

Perform as a Web Designer with Digital Graphic Designer capabilities and skills to work in a non-traditional space creating both full-scale and micro-websites as well as digital design elements based on minimal creative briefs. Successful candidate who demonstrates strong performance will be offered sponsored training opportunities and should demonstrate ability to act as a self-starter, to integrate with diverse team and feel comfortable leading the creative process and engaging multiple stakeholders to help formulate a creative approach.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Possess an active TS/SCI with required Polygraph clearance.

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.

  • Must have significant experience (5-6 years desired) creating graphics and web-design elements using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Must have significant experience with Adobe After Effects.

  • Must have 4-6 years of experience designing web-sites and web-based platforms to include working with clients unaccustomed to the creative brief process. Ideal candidate would be willing to engage with client to identify target audience, desired impact and relevant unique audience challenges.

  • A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, CMS programs such as Word Press or Wix highly important.

  • Strong capability working in Javascript and a minimum of some experience in Bootstrap.

  • Experience integrating web-based sites with social media and a willingness to learn more about that integration is also important.

Nice To Have:

  • An interest in illustrating and/or animation would be welcome as would the ability to write requirements for similar skill sets

  • Any past experience designing for non-US audiences or designing in foreign languages would be valued.

  • Experience sanitizing and web-based properties and design elements would be welcome.
