What You’ll Get to Do:

Windows System Engineer: Do you enjoy working on a small team in a challenging environment and working with great people? We are a team of Engineers looking for a mid-level Windows Engineer who as Solid troubleshooting skills and is familiar with Enterprise engineering. If you enjoy small teams and can work independently, and possess an aptitude for getting things done, this may be the job for you.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Provide users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems.

  • Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.

  • Provide Tier III & IV technical support in a complex mission critical windows based environment.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with building, maintaining and administering Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7 and Windows 10).

  • Experience creating Windows system builds using SCCM.

  • Experience with interpreting various scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Perl etc.

  • Experience with VMWare ESX 5.5 or above.

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory 2012/R2.

  • Experience with complex hardware/software integration.

  • Solid troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience with complex hardware/software integration.

  • Prepare reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities and status.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Familiarity with quality assurance, testing and validation processes.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

  • Ability to self-learn, act on own initiative and work in a dynamic environment

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 10 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma

  • 8 Years of job related experience and Associate degree

  • 4-7 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree

  • 2 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
