What You’ll Get to Do:

In support of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC), coordinate preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.

Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of

project. Secretariat for change requests authorization and documentation by CBP, CACI and subcontractor. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Serves as a contract advisor to the CBP systems management staff on assigned responsibilities.

Responsible for configuration management of released software applications.

Responsible for software application user account configuration control and management.

Manages software licensing requirements to include tracking, yearly renewal, and yearly software budgets requirements.

Works closely with CBP AMOC Systems personnel and managers on various projects.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • AA degree or better in Computer Sciences or Information Technology

  • or

  • 4 year verifiable experience in the configuration management field

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • Must be able to attain U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (Minimum)

  • Must be able to successfully pass a CBP Background Investigation

  • 4 Years of Configuration Management of IT and developed systems

  • Good Communications Skills (oral/written)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Sharepoint, Visio, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Excel, Dreamweaver and Adobe Acrobat LifeCycle
