We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized inventory specialist employee to join our team. In this position, your primary duties will be being responsible for inventorying classified assets in support of our customer onboard NSWC Corona, using the new Base Inventory Tracking System (BITS). Secondary duties will be general tier 1 helpdesk troubleshooting.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Inventory of all classified helpdesk assets to include, desktops, laptops, classified hard drives, printers, and any other classified asset using the newly implemented Base Inventory Tracking System (BITS). Other responsibilities include Tier 1 Helpdesk duties which will require assistance with desktop/laptop issues, printer repair, and any other Tier 1 troubleshooting.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Keen attention to detail, memory of patterns, and interest in problem-solving.

  • Knowledgeable of the MS Office suite of applications.

  • Inventory Practices

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Inventory Practices in a government setting.

  • Computer Helpdesk experience
