What You’ll Get to Do:
Perform technical content verification, validation, editing, processing, and publishing for documentation, including plans, white papers, reports, task policies, guidance, and other mission related documents.
Identify, track, and manage all documents submitted for technical editing and publication along with any permanent storage of published documents according to established guidelines and instructions.
Provide support for packaging, handling, shipping, and transportation incidental to the tasking.
Explain scientific and technical ideas in simple language.
Provide support for programmatic meetings including developing meeting presentation materials and recording and delivering meeting minutes.
Provide multimedia support.
More About the Role:
As a Technical Writer, you must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. You will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. You should be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Relevant Degree or work experience.
2-4 years of experience in Technical Writing and Editing.
A proven ability to distill complex information into clear, concise text.
Experienced using multiple documentation tools to develop base templates and manipulate output styles.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
