The Mastodon Design division of CACI International is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the Finance Team in Rochester, NY. The Financial Analyst will have a substantial role in Annual Operating Plan, Multi-year Planning, Month and Quarter end close, and partner with operations and business partners to support strategic initiatives and decision making.
More About the Role:
Support development of the monthly forecast, annual budget, and multi-year planning.
Support month-end close activities, including responsible for financial variance analysis, accruals, reclasses, and allocations.
Develop, generate, and automate financial reports. This includes Annual Operating Plan and weekly, monthly and quarterly updates.
Create and provide engineering management, program management, and product line management with labor reports, cost reports, and spend budgets. Provide variance guidance.
Develop financial models, run scenario analyses and aid in the preparation of business cases to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Responsible for ad hoc or other tasks relevant to the role.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business (Finance/Accounting) or Economics
3 years’ experience in Financial analysis, reporting, and/or Accounting
Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize projects, meet tight deadlines, and manage time effectively
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational ability
Accurate and detail oriented
