What You’ll Get to Do
Responsible for providing technical product support for the core Mastodon Design product portfolio, including system operation, user training and troubleshooting.
Investigate customer requirements for product and system applications and work directly with Product Management to build those into the product development plans.
Assists both internal and external customers with system troubleshoot triage and path to resolution.
Supports training events, performs end user training, and works with technical publications group to enhance the training curriculum and material.

Recommends enhancements to both current and future products, systems, and processes.
Work with engineering, sales, program management and systems engineering on product content for responses to RFI’s/RFP’s and other inquiries requiring specific product knowledge.
Ensures the consistency and accuracy of product documentation including product specifications, marketing material, and technical support documentation.
Identifies and supports the need for applications notes to facilitate proper fielding and application of equipment.
Supports customer demonstrations, field trails and other customer facing events as required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Travel: Up to 50% or more, including potential for international travel
Familiarity with tactical communications networks, signals intelligence collection equipment and electronic warfare operations.
Training and presentation experience with internal and external customers
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience with working with sales or front-end of the business personnel, as well as dealing directly with customer and end users.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within a rapidly growing business and evolving organization
Military service/background, preferred
Experience with managing 3rd party vendor or partner relationships, preferred
Enjoys working with people, developing relationships, and sharing knowledge
This position may require the candidate to be able to obtain a security clearance

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $59,400-$121,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
