What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for conducting and facilitating general and specific training for Systems Engineers.
Specialist will deliver training based on customer requirements using a variety of techniques including face-to-face online, synchronous, asynchronous, and self-paced instruction.
May include employing blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
More About the Role:
In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for the development of training requirements and implementation of courseware for instruction purposes, including simulation and scenarios used for customer training.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing highly creative training courses for existing and new systems.
Will also provide all aspects of training to CACI and the customer's personnel as required.
Demonstrate Implementation of latest instructional design trends in graphic applicable training aids such as simulators and various applicable part task training devices.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
Minimum of 5 years experience with leading, developing, planning, and facilitating training (classroom and computer-based).
Experience with gaming technologies, Virtual Reality (VR) and/or Augmented Reality (AR) technologies or applications.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience with the DoD or US military preferred but not required.

$53,200 - $111,600
