Software Development Intern - Spring 2023

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Under direct supervision and guidance, work closely with other interns, as well as seasoned engineers, on projects that expose them to leading edge technologies using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques.

More About the Role:

  • Perform work under close mentor guidance including but not limited to:

  • Solve complex problems in an efficient and unique manner.

  • Conduct Data mining, manipulation, and analysis.

  • Train Machine Learning models using various methods such as Bayesian Inference, Clustering, Regression, Classification, Convolutional Neural Networks, etc.

  • Development full stack software utilizing C++ or Python to support AI/ML projects.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in a 4-year degree program leading to a BS or Graduate program leading to a MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

  • Broad computer science/computer engineering background including broad knowledge of algorithm and data structure implementation.

  • Understanding of principles in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts and techniques.

  • Familiarity with Pytorch, TensorFlow, Karas, Scikit Learn, and/or Jupyter Notebook.

  • Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and their implementations, or ability to learn and understand existing implementations.

  • Experience with GPUs to speed data Model Training and Inference.

  • Experience with SQL databases recommended.
