CACI International Data Analyst / Development Planner in San Diego, California
CACI is seeking a Data Analyst / Development Planner
What You’ll Get to Do:
Extract, transform, and load contractor maintenance completion data to a database and track reasons for deferrals and cancelations.
Utilize an Enterprise Asset Management tool to regularly pull maintenance history based on a large number of different parameters.
Assist PMS 505R personnel by providing data on maintenance completion and equipment failures.
Spot trends in maintenance performance and recommend changes to improve effectiveness as well as recommend and track Technical Feedback Reports.
Track availability schedules to determine if milestone goals are being met and calculate material availability for comparison to program performance goals.
Maintain a record of planned and actual ship schedules to record key events and assist in the determination of mission events lost and unplanned downtime.
Track equipment failures to calculate materiel reliability to determine if program performance goals are being met.
Track deployment performance and generate reports to compare current and past deployments based on percentage of schedule met, maintenance performance, and equipment performance.
Develop briefings and reports for PMS 505R to report on ship’s schedule, mission events lost, maintenance performance, CASREP status, and key performance parameters.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks and effectively schedule required deliverables, meetings and follow-up actions
Expert Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access
Ability to write Excel functions, generate macros, and create pivot tables
Experience working with Enterprise Asset Management tools and ability to query large amounts of data desired
Experience with Data Visualization tools desired
