CACI International Field Service Representative in San Diego, California
Job Description
CACI is seeking a Cleared Field Service Satellite Technician to support a communications contract in Coronado, California. You will focus on the installation, operations, repair, and training of very small aperture (VSAT) communications systems. What You’ll Get to Do:
Provides hands-on assistance involving troubleshooting and diagnostic support for all related systems, equipment failures or service issues
Provide Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support
Provide daily and/or weekly, and as needed, deliverables depicting support provided to our customers
Generate and maintain work orders and shipping/return of OCONUS and CONUS equipment requiring maintenance utilizing the program’s logistical database software
Provide installation, operation, and maintenance training and troubleshooting to personnel
Deploy, as needed, for short term assignments to other OCONUS locations
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An Active Secret Clearance with the ability to upgrade to Top Secret
Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience with Joint Warfighter C5ISR systems to include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training
Current or obtain a CRC deployment physical certifications
Proven experience of accomplishing the mission with minimal oversight
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience configuring Cisco routers and switches
These qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
SECURITY +
Troubleshooting skills using satellite simulation test equipment
Knowledge in HAIPE encryption devices, BGAN and INMARSAT networks, and LAN/ WAN
