CACI International Intermediate Navy Supply Systems Analyst in San Diego, California
CACI has an opening for an Intermediate Supply Analyst on our USFFC Naval Forces Logistics (NFL ) program.
What You'll Get to Do:
Supporting analysis and updates to 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (3MAW) Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL)
Review, recommend edits/concerns and forward correspondences for COMNAVAIRLANT with related actions such as; transactions reports, disposition of ready for issue (RFI) and not ready for issue (NRFI) excesses, unmatched IMRL assets disposition of NRFI IMRL, asset deficits/ fill requests and rework requests, urgent temporary loan request, Inner Group Transfer (IGT) and Inner Wing Transfer (IWT) requests, Situational Summary (SITSUM) responses, AIRCOMP reports inventory report tracking information requests.
Assist with Deficit Fill Requests Rework Requests Routine/Urgent Temp Loans
Analysis Request Inner Group Transfer (IGT) and Inner Wing Transfer (IWT) requests situational summary responses Activity Inventory Report Comparison (AIRCOMP) analysis
Annual Inventory Report Tracking Information Requests
Provide guidance and training to Support Equipment Management System (SEMS) and Local Asset Management System (LAMS) program usage.
Backup and restoration of LAMS database
Update edits and reconciliation changes to LAMS 7.2 training in the areas of, Transaction Report (TR) generation updates, TR maintenance, exporting procedures, end of year closeouts, bulk transferring processing for receipts
Provide training development and assistance with problem analysis and operational audits, Automated Information System (AIS) Local Asset Management System (LAMS).
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related business discipline. Education Equivalency: As a substitute, four years of experience in Navy logistics, AIS management, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of Navy logistics and AISs.
The Logistics Analyst should possess three years of experience in Navy logistics, AIS management, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of military logistics AISs.
In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the Supply Analyst should possess seven years of experience in Navy automated supply, logistics, inventory management, financial management and the functionally of the automated supply systems; and two years of experience as a level analyst and supervisor.
Experience in tasking requirements, evaluating current NTCSS Software operations, and instructing subordinates.
Experience in Marine Logistics Support Package (MALSP) Doctrine and allowance, management and deployment of those packages.
Experience with NTCSS (R-Supply and OMMS-NG) to manage and evaluate configuration, allowancing, and inventory management.
Must have a current Secret clearance
These Qualifications are Nice to Have:
Experience obtained as a former U.S. Marine Senior Enlisted Logistics Specialist (MOS 6672) or Supply Officer with tours in Marine Aviation Logistics Squadrons (MALS) and deployed on Navy surface ships.
Experience with integrated Logistics Support Management System (ILSMS)
Familiarity with MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word, Access)
The ability to perform relational table/data manipulation using MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiarity with Navy supply and maintenance relationships, organization, and management databases is highly desired; possess strong verbal skills to convey analysis results and recommendations.
