CACI International Littoral Combat Ship Training Specialist in San Diego, California
CACI is seeking a Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Training Specialist for a US Navy program in San Diego, CA.
What You'll Get to Do:
The Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Training Coordinator supports PMS 505T Training Lead in Mayport , Fl at the LCS Squadron coordinating training for new and replacement crews and supports the fleet introduction of the Freedom Class LCS.
Develop/Maintain Crew Sequencing Phasing Plan (CSPP), Manpower Estimate Report (MER), Navy Training System Plan (NTSP), Ship Manning Document (SMD) / Preliminary Ship Manning Document (PSMD)
Review proposed LCS ship change documents for equipment changes that will affect training and provide course update recommendations
PRECOM/Relief Crew vendor training management (classroom, schedule, equipment, etc.)
Provide Budgeting data to the program office in the form of Task Planning Sheets (TPS) and management of provided funds, coordination of travel requests and approvals.
Conduct and provide analysis of crew manning requirements to PMS505, LCSRON, PERS, NAVMAC
ADHOC LCSRON ONE / TWO Staff support regarding training
Conduct course audits / provide feedback to vendors for training improvements to support crew readiness
Develop program office presentations intended to provide situational awareness of program requirements and changes
Write, submit and track statement of work modifications to support changed training requirements
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
An active US Secret Clearance or higher
Seven or more years previous Surface Force Manpower and Training experience
Bachelor Degree desired
Proficient at EXCEL, WORD, PPT
