CACI International Senior Contracts Manager in San Diego, California
CACI is looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to support our clients Vision and mission.
The right candidate shall have experience in the following:
Execute statutory and policy procurement-related requirements (FAR, DFARS, NMCARS, DoD 5000 series). Demonstrate a working knowledge of contents and application to the contracting process
Development of contract strategies to incentivize industry performance; conduct market research; acquisition planning; cost and price analysis, solicitation and selection of sources; and perform all phases of contract administration.
Develop contract documents, e.g. Request for Proposals, Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254’s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings.
Coordinating Industry Days
Assist with managing contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in DoD Acquisition Management.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Must have fully adjudicated Secret clearence. Higher clearance desired.
PMP, DAWIA PM Level III or Equivalent
IAT2 certification required, as described in DoD 8570.1M, is mandatory at time of proposal submission
Must maintain 8570 IAT2 compliance
