CACI International TMIP-M Help Desk/Functional Trainer in San Diego, California

CACI is looking for a Maritime Analyst and Trainer with strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a record of accomplishment in successful project execution.

The project is within CACI's Healthcare Delivery Systems portfolio. More About the Role:

  • Functional training, help desk support and onboard assist visits

  • Working at the TMIP Fleet Support Help Desk; track incidents from identification through resolution

  • Engage other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents

  • Provide classroom training as well as over-the-shoulder training for TMIP-M application users.

  • Maintain a subject matter expert level of knowledge on the primary applications within the TMIP-M suite to include AHLTA–T and SAMS/MMM.

  • Must be able to work independently or part of a team.

  • Complete and submit associated documentation for the pre and post installation process.

  • Prepare new and maintain current Lesson Training Guides as needed to support application changes.

  • Maintain Quick Reference Guides for the various modules within each application. These guides are written at a level which allows the user to work through issues encountered after the completion of formal training

  • Work remotely with the Norfolk VA TMIP Fleet Support Help Desk to work and track trouble tickets from identification through resolution.

  • Work independently or as part of a team.

  • Provide application functional training through classroom training as well as over-the-shoulder training during onboard assist visits

  • Work with fellow team members during shipboard application upgrades / installations.

  • Complete and submit associated documentation for the pre and post installation process.

  • Work with fellow team members to develop new and/or maintain current Lesson Training Guides and Quick Reference Guides as needed to support application changes.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • TMIP-M suite of applications experience (Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application - Theater (AHLTA-T), the Shipboard Automated Medical System (SAMS), and the TMIP–M application that is installed on U.S. Navy Ships and Submarines, and the modified version that is installed at Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF))

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated writing/editing skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Active SECRET Clearance

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Navy Hospital Corpsman with shipboard operational experience is preferred

  • Experience with the Navy’s Radiation Heath Program
