CACI is seeking a NAVY Combat Systems - SME in San Diego, CA. As the subject matter expert for the TYCOM C5I Integration Process (TCIP) you will be supporting the mission of the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Corona, CA. What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide CNSP with technical and coordination support for the TCIP visits on U.S. Navy ships in San Diego Bremerton, Pearl Harbor, Yokosuka, and Sasebo.
Provide specialized expertise in quality and mission assurance assessment review focus areas in support of government led assessments and/or reviews.
Review and analyze various visit reports including AEGIS/Combat Systems Light Off, Total Ship’s Readiness Assessment (TSRA) and Systems Operability Testing (SOT).
Provide status of ship’s readiness to CNSP during the TCIP process.
Interface with Ship’s Commanding Office (CO) and other ship’s force personnel designated by the CO, Combat Systems Port Engineer and Regional Maintenance Center Assessment Director.
You’ll Bring these Qualifications:
Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance – US Citizen
15+ years of shipboard combat/Information Technologies (IT) systems maintenance experience
Aegis Combat Systems Maintenance Manager (CSMM), Systems Test Officer (STO), or Electronics Material Officer (EMO) experience and Ship’s Self Defense System (SSDS) knowledge preferred.
Knowledge/awareness of Navy combat systems interoperability
ALO/CSLO/TSRA/Ballistic Missile Defense Readiness Assessment (BMDRA)/SOVT/Systems Operability Testing (SOT) program familiarity
Thorough understanding of database building, verification and manipulation as well as Microsoft Project a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Power Point, Access, Excel, and Word.
Be able to travel
