CACI seeks a talented Trainer to join our Advanced Solutions Group, within the National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector.

What you’ll Get To Do:

The Trainer is part of the focused and dedicated Training Shop, part of the Program Management Team executing the FROST contract. The Training Shop is a two-person shop that lays the foundation for moving the mission forward. The trainer designs specific training materials in a formal process designed to meet training requirements. The trainer supports FROST staff to identify and create specific content, modules or courses specific to the FROST mission, and maintains a training plan on each individual assigned to the FROST program, while also documenting current skills in the Mission Centric Workforce Matix.

Responsible for the development, implementation and management of comprehensive Training Program with the goal of enabling improved performance and appropriate professional development for personnel executing of the FROST contract on Schriever Space Force Base. The Trainer will lead the development of training products using a systematic approach, adult learning theories, learning technologies, and industry best practices for instructional design that supports customer and project objectives.

Expected to interface with the NRO customer and creatively utilize the full range of instructional tools and content either available or created to advance the mission.

More About the Role:

  • Supporting Office of Space Launch NOPS mission, sustainment and operations personnel, and infrastructure.

  • Maintain awareness of evolving training tools and methods and extant challenges to identify areas of concern or improvement

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a TS/SCI and eligible/willing to take CI polygraph

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years recent experience or AA/AS +7 years recent specialized experience

  • Be a team player and work in a genuinely collaborative team environment

  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic

  • Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partners

  • Ability to facilitate meeting and briefing Program and Government personnel

  • Ability to create training documentation

  • Desire to work in a fast paced, mission-focused environment

These Qualifications Would Be Nice To have:

  • Understanding of launch vehicle and satellite launch ascent, test, and on-orbit operational processes, practices, and procedures

  • NRO Experience

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $59,400-$121,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
