CACI is seeking a Medical Materiel Specialist to join our team on Air Mobility Command’s (AMC) Patient Movement Item (PMI) program at Scott Air Force Base in Belleville Illinois. This position required temporary work to be performed at both the Scott and Dupo, Illinois PMI Centers. What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Providing operations support pertaining to medical logistics.

  • Assists with managing the formal inventory and stock of medical materiel based on the components of the CCATT Allowance Standard and AE In-Flight Kit.

  • Perform duties of shipping, inventorying, tracking and accounting for medical equipment, and supplies that are part of the PMI, AE, and CCATT programs.

  • Receives new and excess supplies and cross-levels them to satisfy current shortfalls within projects.

  • Support evolving customer mission requirements in regard to Patient Movement Item (PMI) Center operations to effect positive outcomes in completing tasks.

  • Conduct periodic inventories to validate information is accurately reflected in the Patient Movement Items Tracking System (PMITS) and in DMLSS.'

  • Participates in headquarters sponsored medical exercises, conducts PMITS related training and provides updated information for field use by Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) teams.

More About the Role:

This effort is to support CACI’s partnership with the Headquarter Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC) contract which reinforces CACI’s position as an industry leader in supporting the operational needs of the federal medical logistics community.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a favorable National Agency Check with Local Law and Credit (NACLC)

  • High School diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree preferred

  • Graduate of the Air Force Medical Materiel Apprentice Course or equivalent Service Medical Materiel course

  • Three years logistics/warehouse operations experience required

  • Military medical materiel experience

  • Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support software data application certified

  • HAZMAT certified and forklift operator qualified

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$35,776-$54,000
