CACI is seeking a MEFPAK Manager to support the Air Mobility Command Surgeon General team at Scott AFB, Illinois. If you are looking to move your career forward as a Material and Equipment Force Packing System manager - CACI would like to speak with you!

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide MEFPAK Process Management expertise in accordance with the activities defined in DAFI 10-401, Air Force Operations Planning and Execution.

  • Work in support of the Medical Readiness and Logistics Branch performing MEFPAK Playbook, MISCAP, and UTC development.

  • Administer input to Pilot Unit Management, Concepts of Employment, and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).

  • Apply SharePoint knowledge in maintenance of the MEFPAK AMC Community of Practice.

  • Defining and developing business plans, processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, communication, and performance metrics.

  • Developing strategic plans and transition plans, conducting research and analyses of business practices, performing cost/benefit analyses, and implementing process improvements.

  • Designing and implementing communication strategies and plans; and facilitating organizational change to improve organizational performance and service levels.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain an Secret Security Clearance

  • 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree OR BA/BS plus 8 years of experience OR 22 years of equivalent experience

  • Experience working in Air Force Medical Readiness at the unit and Major Command or USAF level

  • Experience in MEFPAK process management areas such as Unit Type Code (UTC) development, sustainment, and maintenance.

  • Trained and experienced user of DCAPES and MRDSS and is capable of MANFOR management and LOGDET maintenance.

  • DMLSS functional experience, with a strong emphasis on additional experience in facility management processes and experience in program management activities.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Active SECRET Security Clearance.

  • Experience with AMC’s Aeromedical Evacuation Global Patient Movement mission.

  • Familiarity with Joint Publication 4-02.

  • Experience with the Air Force Medical Service and AMC’s deployable medical capabilities which support the En Route Care System.

  • Experience in MEFPAK process management areas such as Unit Type Code (UTC).

  • Experience in Business Objects and Drawbase.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
