CACI ESMARTS teams with our IC partner in providing structured assessment, integration, assignment, tracking, and execution of tasks necessary to accomplish the aggressive agenda of the Office of the Chief Information Officer and Technology (CIO-T). CIO-T's responsibilities cover a myriad of strategic and tactical functions necessary to facilitate the efficient and effective IT operations across the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG). CACI ESMARTS delivers a holistic approach to addressing overall technology needs, securing access to data, identifying potential issues, analyzing associated problems, and providing expedient solutions. As an Analyst on the IT Governance Team, your primary focus will be to assist the client in all aspects of executing the senior level IT Executive Council to bring timely, relevant, topics to executive decision makers.
Ability to assists the client in all aspects of IT Governance, to include action officer and secretariat duties for the CIO’s IT Executive Council decision board and facilitating senior level strategic planning sessions.
Ability to network effectively across the entire agency, foster professional connections, provide potential high visibility topics for issues, and gain partner cooperation.
At least 11 years relevant work experience in DOD or IC business process improvement and change management, 5 years directly related to IT environments.
General understanding of contemporary IT challenges.
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills; must be customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Possess strong leadership, problem identification/resolution skills, flexibility, and initiative.
Experience interfacing and communicating with senior executive leadership in the government.
Possess excellent computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel
