The Enterprise IT Maintenance Planner improves organization effectiveness by anticipating and eliminating potential mission delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of Customer Maintenance Activities (MAs).
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinates with operations and maintenance personnel on-site and remotely
Plans and schedules maintenance lock-down periods (major and minor)
Analyzes Customer Infrastructure pathways using defined maps
Plans and monitors MAs within standard boundaries
Rejects maintenance requests that lie outside established standards
Keeps the management team informed of abnormal or critical situations requiring maintenance
Communicates clearly with stakeholders to decipher their intent
Required Qualifications:
An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
Minimum of two (2) years of experience with enterprise scheduling
Excellent researching skills
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels with senior leadership
Experience with working in team environments
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with using SharePoint
Desired Qualifications:
Active Security+ certification
ITIL 4 Foundations certification
A Bachelor of Science or Associate of Science in Information’s Systems (desired) OR IT tech training
