What You’ll Get to Do :

You will be our seasoned FADE Ops/Analytic Modernization Integrator for the Multi-Int Spatial Temporal (MIST) Toolsuite, which is rapidly gaining popularity as a tool of choice for many IC and DoD intelligence analysts. You will reside directly in government customer spaces, working alongside both government and military analysts, engaging in activities intended to help modernize ongoing analytical efforts. A major focus will be the training of analysts and the integration of FADE capabilities and multi-INT methodologies into the daily analytical business rhythm.

More About the Role :

As a community-recognized seasoned professional working as a FADE Ops/Analytic Modernization Integrator, you will leverage your multi-INT expertise, strong analytical skills and operational perspective in support of ongoing analytical and training-related efforts facilitating the integration of FADE Tools into your customer’s critical mission space. Embedded at the customer location, you will serve as the focal point and local expert with regards to FADE-developed multi-INT methodologies and tool functionality and will support the government in spearheading efforts to integrate these (and other as directed) tools and methodologies into the agency workforce in a manner which will benefit tailored, near and long-term assessments. Your duties include not only support to analytical efforts, but also demonstrations, senior-level briefings and localized training to the organic workforce as directed by the government. Responsibilities and expectations include, but are not limited to:

  • Present briefings, provide demonstrations and conduct complex FADE-related training events (lecture, classroom and hands-on approaches) representing the capabilities offered in MIST, INTELBOOK, LINX and WATCHBOX

  • Assist the analytical workforce in generating common operational pictures depicting fused intelligence and information to support informal assessments and finished products

  • Independently engage in efforts to introduce and integrate FADE tools and related methodology into specific customer mission sets

  • To the extent possible, bring help desk utility to the customer spaces, and serve as first-line IT support with regards to FADE tools. Participate in efforts related to the installation of FADE software on designated equipment and be comfortable with the timely troubleshooting of unforeseen issues. In the event you come across problems that cannot be resolved locally, understand the process for leveraging the FADE Help Desk for factory support

  • Monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information; contribute from a FADE tools’ perspective to customer analytical, reporting and operational planning efforts

  • Provide research support for analysts producing DoD and Intelligence Community reports and briefings

  • Remain knowledgeable on FADE factory software development efforts and remain current with the release of all new tool functionality

  • Keep current with regards to available training resources available in FADE Academy; leverage available resources to support the creation of mission tailored training materials for your customer

  • Ensure your training approach addresses all levels of user, spanning a variety of different mission applications. Work across the team to ensure the programs are delivering the most effective tools training possible

  • Research, gather input from the team, and prepare technical working aids to support mission specific training efforts

  • Understand tool functionality as relates to your customer, and understand the mechanism for recommending tool enhancements to those involved in FADE tool development efforts

  • As specified by the government, remain informed of and familiar with other tools used to support agency analytical efforts; seek synergies and understand how to leverage these tools in a manner that best supports the customer’s mission

  • Use FADE tools and your multi-INT knowledge to respond to customer requests for information (RFI’s)

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and at least 5 years of related military and/or government professional experience supporting a cryptologic mission

  • Multi-INT analytical experience using FADE-developed tools. This includes MIST, Intelbook, Watchbox and Linx

  • Experience performing analytical work in support of NGA efforts

  • Knowledge of Geospatial Information Systems (GIS)

  • Strong understanding of SIGINT

  • Experience in Object-Based Production (OBP)

  • Prior trainer/instructor experience

  • Strong oral and written communications skills

  • Proven, detail-oriented analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work with and support end users with varying levels of technical competence – government, military and contractor

  • US Citizen

  • TS/SCI with CI polygraph

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Formal FADE tools training (i.e. MIST-U)

  • Prior military experience

  • Experience in the creation of training materials

  • Background in adult learning and/or instructional systems design

  • Previous experience supporting both DoD and Intelligence Community customers
