CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Lead GEOINT Analyst to deliver world-class geospatial intelligence that provides a decisive advantage to warfighters, policymakers, and intelligence professionals. The position is responsible for assisting with providing business, technical, and personnel coordination and management for individual projects in support of NGA organizations and located in Springfield, VA.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and verbally, and present products and ideas in a business manner. The candidate will be required to work in a dynamic environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts with stakeholders. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both internal and external leadership. The successful candidate must have experience in personnel management and coordination with external organizations.

More About the Role

Specifically, as the Lead GEOINT Analyst you will use your experience and understanding of GEOINT analysis to assist with providing business, technical, and personnel coordination and management for individual projects in support of NGA and IC senior-level personnel. Your experience to prepare, maintain, and present detailed finished intelligence products that include written intelligence reports, graphics/visual aids, spreadsheets, and video products will be key to coordination and recommendations. You will use your experience of ABI to fuse multiple disparate sources of intelligence data to inform and complement GEOINT analysis to improve efficiencies or tools.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph AND meet the requirements of DCID 6/4.

  • B.A./B.S; minimum of 15 years of professional work experience that provides the required technical and management knowledge and skills in DOD, IC, or equivalent Government agency

  • Experience working with targeting tools and databases

  • Experience and understanding of supporting GEOINT in expeditionary environments for DOD or IC organizations

  • Experience and understanding of applying Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) methodologies to produce GEOINT products meeting NGA standards and quality

  • Demonstrated proficiency in common Geospatial or Imagery software applications

  • Demonstrated communications skill in both written and verbal forms

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Graduate degree in related field

  • Experience with NGA deployment support

  • Regional Geographic proficiency in various physical, cultural, and social geographies

  • Military service familiarity

  • 5 or more years of progressive professional work experience in multiple DOD and NGA offices

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$99,800 - $219,600
