What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide PKI services to encompass managing and monitoring all PKI-related issuance software and hardware

  • Ensure all PKI workstations not otherwise managed under another service provider (e.g., DTE) meet specifications as required by DoD and IC policies, the issuance of DoD (Non-CAC) and IC certificates

  • Troubleshoot issues related to PKI certificates, and maintaining training and awareness programs

  • Research and evaluate new concepts and processes to improve performance

  • Analyze cross-functional problem sets, identifies root causes and resolves issues

  • Assist more junior level technicians, specialists, and managers in their activities

  • Can perform all tasks of lower level technicians, specialists, and/or managers

  • Actively participate on integrated teams, and leads multiple tasks, projects or teams

  • Oversee and monitor performance, and when required, take steps to resolve issues

  • Direct multiple teams through to project completion

  • Provide guidance and direction to lower level technicians, specialists, and managers

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience

  • 10+ years’ experience of related experience

  • Provide PKI services to encompass managing and monitoring all PKI-related issuance software and hardware
