What You’ll Get to Do:
Lead a large, geographically dispersed, dynamic high op-tempo program, with multiple stakeholders
Be a trusted expert in technical and management aspects of the program and provide advice and guidance on project and program management methodologies and measures of success.
Manage budgets, operational plans, and performance requirements for a specified area of responsibility. Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives.
Engage partners to build positive relationships within Agency, develop strategic and tactical plans in response to Government requests, implement plans in accordance with proposed objectives, and direct the work to be executed.
Drive the team to achieve performance objectives for the program on schedule and within budget.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to achieve complex goals.
More About the Role:Specifically, the Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and completion of projects, tasks, or delivery orders as part of a program in direct support of IC organizations and key external stakeholders that may be geographically dispersed. Duties include all areas of project management, from initiation through closeout to ensure the successful execution of the project's mission, goals, and objectives IAW contract and company processes. Responsible for managing one or more activities, control account, task within a project/program. The Program Manager will be the primary interface between CACI and the employees, external key stakeholders, and corporate resources to ensure company guidance and goals are synchronized and implemented for success. The Program Manager is responsible for all program aspects to include personnel management, financial management, and growth. Daily activities include but are not limited to; managing personnel strength of the program, managing the recruiting process to ensure candidates are available to backfill pending vacancies; coordination with multiple external prime stakeholders to synchronize recruiting efforts to ensure efficient and responsive fills of vacancies, coordination of operational activities with external and internal CACI or government groups, and handling personnel issues as needed. Additionally, the Program Manager will be responsible to ensure employees receive adequate guidance and direction to perform their daily tasks in support of the end customer requirements.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required to start
Experience in either DoD or IC organizations managing large geographically dispersed program
Professional Experience: 5-8 years Program or Project Management Experience
PMP Certified or (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program Management
At least 8 years of demonstrated experience working within NGA in a management or technical advisory capacity providing Geospatial or Imagery Intelligence Analysis
5 years demonstrated experience managing and controlling funds and resources
Knowledgeable of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), and DoD 5000 series
Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment
Understanding of intelligence analysis and PED process
Understanding of requirements emerging from internal NGA and external NGA stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Experience managing and working in a Customer/Cross functional team
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
12+ years of experience with Geospatial Intelligence Analysis and Imagery Analysis processes, procedures, and tools
8+ years of experience supporting NGA/IC in leadership and advisory role
Experience as an analyst or manager supporting 24/7 requirements directly contributing to Counter terrorism mission
