What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI won a new long-term contract with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) for Transport & Cybersecurity Services (TCS) program. The functional capabilities are to provide the information technology (IT) infrastructure services required to deliver timely, relevant, and accurate GEOINT in support of national security. TCS will provide innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA GEOINT mission.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Team CACI is looking for a Senior Project Manager (PM) with a Linux/Network Engineering background to lead the Enterprise Cross-Domain System (ECDS) and associated projects team within the Transport and Cybersecurity Services (TCS) contract. These systems provide reliable data transfers between domains for general users and programs.

Program Manager for the ECDS and associated projects.
Report directly to the TCS PM.
Manage an annual budget of $2M-$3M.
Provide overall strategic management, define the program scope and objectives, manages project’s scope, schedule, budget, and risk
Develop project schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation.
Review risk and risk mitigation activities of the project.
Coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of task and contract deliverables, briefings/presentations, and project reviews
Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract.
Provide day-to-day project direction, ensuring quality standards, project tracking, and analysis of assigned aspects of assigned project
Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Provide input to Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Award Fee briefings and ad hoc reports, as required.
Provide input to weekly reports.
Understand the customer’s mission and requirements.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience as a Program Manager.
4-6 years of experience as a Linux/Network Engineer.
Experience with ensuring products and systems comply with requirements.
Experience in managing a multi-functional project team in a software development environment.
In-depth knowledge of validation by government information assurance and security standards and practices through formal verification methods.
Working knowledge of filter technologies: i.e., Purifile, -xml, Glasswall, AV Scan, Dirty Word
Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field (i.e. Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communications skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must possess the ability to lead, and delegate responsibility, tasks, and authority.
PMP or equivalent certification
DoD 8140.01 / DoD 8570.01-M.IAT Level II Certification
TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Poly (US Citizenship required)
