What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is hiring a Data Center Management Site Lead to support our customer in several locations. The Site Lead is accountable to the Government Data Center Manager (DCM) for managing a team that performs multiple functions. The Site Lead is responsible for managing personnel and coordinating the local support with the site Government Data Center Manager to include Data Center Management, Configuration Management and Access Control Management. This includes assisting the DCM in the successful planning, management, and execution of the data center. The Site Lead will also work with the DCM to ensure the efficient management, planning, allocation, and utilization of Power/Space/Cooling (PSC) resources. Additionally, the Site Lead assists with the management and tracking of restricted access to Data Centers. The Lead keeps projects on course as he/she tracks progress, anticipates needs, and facilitates communication between Government and Contractor stakeholders. In short, the Site Lead is the “face” of UNICRON at the customer Site.

· Leads a diverse and cross-functional team

· Supports the DCM in data center planning, management, and execution

· Generates and enforces enterprise directives, processes, and procedures

· Ensures the efficient management, planning, allocation, and utilization of all data center PSC resources

· Reviews and provides recommendations on changes to data centers in the Request for Change (RFC) process

· Creates and submits unfunded requests as necessary

· Manages data center activities with the site and enterprise facility organizations

· Manages site implementation of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools

· Maintains and updates the site Data Center Strategic Plan

· Provides representation to the Data Center Integration Board

· Assists with efforts facilitating system transition to cloud environments and downsizing of local data centers

· Manages all PSC configuration management activities for site data center

· Manages site DCIM change/configuration management processes with site stakeholders

· Leads site data center audit program and Quality Assurance inspections for equipment rack integration activities and assignment system level liens

· Manages the site Data Center Access Control program

· Develops and maintains access control processes and procedures in coordination with stakeholders.

· Develops and manages site rack access control program as necessary

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

· An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

· Five years recent and relevant experience with Data Center Management

· Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership, engineers, and IT Tier 1 personnel

· Great attitude and Site Customer knowledge

· Experience working in team environments

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology or Engineering)

Data Center Certifications

Experience with customer sites

Ability to create project documentation

Ability to prepare and conduct briefings to diverse audiences

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $84,800-$182,300. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
